• Edgewood MARC Riders:    Starting Wednesday, November 11, 2009 work will begin on the northbound parking lot to add more parking and to repave the existing lot. It will be necessary to block a few small areas to allow access for the work vehicles. We expect this work to be completed by November 24, 2009. Thank you for your patience.
• Penn Line Riders:   MARC is pleased to inform you that the Federal Railroad Administration has approved the 13 bi-level passenger cars acquired last year from VRE for high-speed service on the Penn Line.  This approval will allow MARC to replace single level coaches now operating on the Penn Line with these additional bi-level coaches.  This will increase capacity and will help relieve some of the crowding that takes place during peak hours.  MARC appreciates your patience in recent months and looks forward to implementing this measure that will improve overall customer service. Thank you for riding MARC.  
• Frederick MARC Riders:  Work will commence on Monday, November 2, 2009 for the installation of the new PA and LED system at the Frederick Station. The station will be without a PA and LED for approximately a month while the new system is being installed. We regret any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
